EXPERIENCE CONNECTED WITH ACADEMIC INSTITUTIONS :
-Worked as HOD industrial production Orissa Engg College
and taught Management Topics. As the Department was
streamlined was asked to head Computer Science and Engg
and streamline the department as well. Took series of
classes to high light importance of Business
Communication, preparatory work for GD and Interview
technique. Was asked to be Vice Principal when I was
called back by Industry. Left with approval of
President. Was sent to ICFAI Hyderabad for a Seminar
(Total Experience ten months). Was sent to AICTE, Delhi
to meet the then Chairman Prof. Khanna and presented
case of OEC for approving Management wing in OEC.
While
working as Vice President
of an NRI firm at Bhubaneswar, Was visiting Professor to
following Institutes :

Taught for two academic sessions in MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS
AND BUSINESS COMMUNICATION. Was Resource Person for MDP.
During visit of AICTE Team from Bhopal for setting up of
ITB represented the GB to speak to the team and present
the case. Was honorary Registrar. Conducted Business
Communication Seminar in Hotel Swosti which was first of
its kind..
Institute of Tourism & Hotel Management
(Govt of India) Forest Park : Took full package
programme in Business Communication and at the end had
conducted an open air workshop at Similipal hills., as
Visiting Professor.

of Psychology, Utkal University “Business Communication
as effective tool & Psychology”.

-Conducted series of classes for pre placement awareness
and what essentially the requirement of various
companies. Had opened a Personality Development

boys in tests and interviews and 10 were short listed.
- Had
invited Infosys Technical Head Mr. Rakesh Agarwal to
market SEC students and subsequently many were selected
through off campus selection process.
- Had
streamlined Summer Training and had impressed upon
students as to how they could market themselves and SEC
during training which helped their placement.
- To
develop soft skill had trained students in art of
presentation, Seminar performance.

Chief Editor college magazine and quarterly issues/Head
of Trekking Club, Annual Day, Officer in Charge
Hostels/Was associated with Institutional Development
work/Annual Sports.

While
working in SEC, was nominated by VC as Member
Senate/Jury University Gold Medal Committee/Jury
Chancellor English debate, Oriya Debate Committee.
Notable event when the VC had requested me to be part of
Event Management in connection with maiden visit of
honourable President of India for the Convocation. I had
also drafted major write up on Mayurbhanj which was
included in the Souvenir was released on the occasion.
INDUSTRY BACKGROUND :
*-PRESENTLY
WORKING AS Executive Vice President of a Bangalore firm
in charge of Project Management of over Rs.200 Crores
work. It covers all aspects of managing including HRD,
Finance.

Worked as Vice President of an NRI firm in charge of
setting up of an LPG Terminal at Paradip.
-Worked
as Chief Project Manager south Zone in charge of a Govt
of India PSU at Bangalore covering eleven for flung
projects including Overseas site at Male and Port Blair.
Had under me over 200 engineer and staff.
-As
Project Manager in Bangkok. With innovative
communication skill had completed assignment using local
Thai Nationals.

HYUNDAI Engg & Construction in Libya, Singapore, Seoul,
Delhi and Bombay. Provided sufficient knowledge as to

Cricket/Sports. Visuva Awardee conferred by Prajatantra
Prachar Samiti.
