University Results

Trident School of Biotech Sciences (TSBS) was started in 2002. Three batches of M.Sc (Biotechnology) students have since passed out. Trident students have always shown sparkling results in M.Sc (Biotechnology) university exams.  

Whereas in our 1^st batch (2002-04) we had 23 students, all of them passed in first class including our topper Sri Ashok Sarangi, who scored above 70%. Similarly, in our 2^nd batch (2003-05), out of our 15 students, 14 passed in first class and our topper Ms Shakti Mohapatra scored above 70%. Both the above toppers have been appointed as lecturers in our institution. 

In our 3^rd expanded batch (2004-06) we had 61 students. 40 of them passed in first class whereas 8 students  scored above 70%. Ms Arpita Sarkar topped the list of all students of M.Sc (Biotechnology) of Utkal University scoring around 80% to win the university Gold Medal. 

Trident students of M.Sc (Bioinformatics) and B.Sc (Hons) Biotechnology have also shown consistent excellent results in all the exams for which the results have been published so far. Sri Patanjal Ray of our first batch of M.Sc (Bioinformatics) has been the consistent university topper in his 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd semester exam (He is likely to top even in the 4^th sem). 

Ms. Sofia Munsi and Ms Sharbani Chatopadhyay (Both of M.Sc-Bioinformatics of 2005-07 batch) have been securing the 1^st and 2^nd positions consistently in the university exams  so far. (Results of two semesters are available till date)
