Trident Group operates three separate trusts.

TACT (Trident Academy of Creative Technology) is the first one regd. in 1997 and it is working only in the sector of education.

The second trust is “Dinabandhu Foundation for Educational Research and Socio Economic Development (D’foundation)" which was registered in 1999. This trust has been working in the field of socio economic development with focus on healthcare, education and environment. As a part of this trust, the group has established the engineering college Trident Academy of Technology.

The third trust is SPARC (Trust) which has been taking up social sector projects and programmes sponsored by various agencies of Govt of India and the State Govt.
