Usually the good management
schools conduct group tasks, group discussions and problem
solving workshops as teaching methods of management. These are
the established techniques for developing the innate level of
confidence in individuals.
Students who come to join Engineering and
Biotechnology courses in Trident are from science background.
Although they are very alert in their thinking and analysis,
usually they are inhibited in expression. It is therefore extremely necessary to develop the
qualities of creativity, leadership, analytical thinking and
presentation ability in these individuals.
In Personality Development (PD) sessions at Trident the following
activities assume priority.
(1) Group task to a small group of 3(Three) with rotating
presentation of conclusion.
(2) Extempore deliberation on short ideas.
(3) Group discussions (7 in a group) on contemporary topics.
(4) Teaching of basics of corporate manners, party etiquettes
and Stress & Management.
