True to the discipline of the Trident Group, the entire project of Trident complex at F2A&B, Chandaka Industrial Estate, Infocity Area, Bhubaneswar-24, had first gone to the drawing board for intricate detailing. The project was finalised to the minutest details with projected investments upto 2010 with a regular implementation PERT Chart

The three dimensional conceptual masterplan available  at the top of this page reflects the proposal to construct six identical academic blocks each of 60,000 sft floor area (Total floor area of academic blocks 3,60,000 sft) with one of the finest architectural elevations.

The lay-out also includes provision for food court, guest house, gym, tennis court, swimming pool, indoor stadium, open air theatre, ladies hostels (360 seats), gents hostels (720 seats), residential flats for staff members and other amenities.

Construction will mostly be vertical, going up to six floors, thereby allowing a lot of greenery on the grounds and enabling an appropriate Wi-Fi facility over the entire 11 acres. (presently the Wi-Fi- is active being limited to the available buildings).
