Since talks are under progress
between TRIDENT and the DBT for project fundings, on
our request, Sri U.N. Behera IAS, Joint Secretary of
DBT has visited us on 20/6/2006. He spent about 3
hours in the institution inspecting all the
laboratories, library, computer facilities and
interacted with the senior faculty members. He also
gave a presentation on DBT to the students and the
faculty members and took keen interest to answer
questions of students.
