The Trident Group has three commercial corporate entities.
In 1991, the very first company formed was Trident Softech Private
Limited (TSPL). This has been offering software services,
technical manpower placements and bulk data management
facilities. In 1995, a diversified training venture had been set
up (Trident’s Advanced Computer Training) which was basically a
software finishing school for engineering and acted as a prelude
to the group's subsequent ventures in education. In 2006, the
company is venturing into non voice based BPO activities, in
addition to the earlier data management projects. The corporate
building of this company is coming up inside the Infocity,
Chandaka Industrial Estate, Bhubaneswar.
Started as a division of TSPL, the GIS (Geographical Information
System) wing of Trident Group eventually took the shape as SPARC
(Spatial Planning & Analysis Research Centre Private Limited) in
1997. This is now the front-runner of GIS services offered to
various state govt agencies, large corporates coming to Orissa

The recent most venture established by Trident Group is Trident
Biotech Private Limited (TBPL) where the blueprint for the first
five years is ready in the areas of Biotechnology and
Bioinformatics.
