Dinabandhu Foundation for Educational Research and Socio Economic Development (D'foundation) is a Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) registered under the Indian Trust Act. The organisation has been formed in the memory of an eminent educationist of Orissa Late Dinabandhu Panigrahi, an ex-alumni of  the prestigious  Leeds university in England. Having obtained his degree in England(1946-49), Sri Panigrahi served under   Govt of India and Govt of Orissa during 1949-1977, assisting them in educational administration, teaching and research specialising in primary education. Therefore, focusing on the primary education, the trust will also operate in the fields of higher education, apart from various sectors of  other educational, social and economic studies and research.
