 MCA Project Work: (December 2005 –May 2006)

 The project is to provide an IT solution for Real Estate Business using Microsoft .NET technologies (VB.NET, ADO.NET). This solution provides in and out management information regarding the Real Estate Business. This has been piloted at SAFAL Constructions Private Limited, Bhubaneswar

The objective of this solution is to address the following

·        Provide the information to the right people at the right time

·        Incorporate real estate activities like Project Plan, Phases, Plots, Schemes, Customer Details, and Receivables from Customers, Employee Details and Personnel management.

·        Efficient utilization of manpower to be incorporated into the system

·        Individual tracking of different mode of payments such as cash or cheque or credit are possible

·         Easier Handling of Customers and create a better and serene atmosphere.

 Work Experience:

 (2.5 years experience in prior to my MCA degree)

Role

As a System Engineer in Byte InfoTech, Cuttack from May 2001 to NOV 2003.

Responsibilities

1.     Computer maintenance.

2.     Network setup and management

Client:

Contract signed to provide support Computer maintenance and E-education to 18 schools in Cuttack Circle 1.
