DR. SUBODH KR TRIPATHY

Dr Tripathy completed his M.Sc(Life Science) in the year 1995 followed by M.Phil (Life Science) in the year 1998 from Sambalpur University. He was conferred the Degree of PhD  in Zoology in 2007. 

Dr Tripathy has joined TACT in July 2008 and his area of interest is Cell Biology, Genetics  and Genetic Engineering. 

His M.Phil thesis was on Mammalian Cytogenesis. After M.Phil, Dr Tripathy  worked as a Senior Research Fellow at the Central Agricultural Research Institute, Port Blair (upto 2002) and then at Central Institute of Freshwater Aquaculture (CIFA) (upto 2007). During this period, he completed his Ph.D under the joint supervision of Dr. K. K. Gaur of B.R. Ambedkar University, Agra and  Dr. N Sarangi, the then Director, CIFA, Bhubaneswar
