Dr.
Aliva Patnaik, a 1993 post graduate in
Life Science has M.Phil from Sambalpur
University with Soil Biotechnology specialization.
During her 8 years of research experience,
she has studied the effect of pesticides
on the soil biota, especially the earthworms.
She spent 4 years as a Research Fellow
for restoration of degraded soil in tea
gardens project funded by European Economic
Community and had good contribution towards
control of soil pollution and vermitechnology.
